Some projects are “one-off”, varying from small but indispensable purchases (new mattresses for a hostel or nursery school), to other more important purchases (hospital equipment, jeeps, tractors or buses to take children to school), up to major interventions (building a new hospital or housing for ex-political prisoners). In the completed projects section you can see all that our Association has achieved from 2000 to to-day.

There are others projects we have undertaken to carry out annually (nutritional supplements to school canteen meals, financial support for after-school activities in the Missions in various parts of the world, partial financial support for schools for disabled children). Details of these projects will be found under the on-going projects sector.

In the new projects sector there is a list of those projects that have been accepted in the current year and to which fund raising this year will be dedicated.

The projects are generally proposed to us by the Missionary Sisters of the Immaculate or by representatives of the Tibetan Refugee Camps. Each project is carefully discussed and assessed according to urgency and need, then, if accepted, we personally follow them step by step during implementation, plus checks two or three times a year to make sure everything is going to order.
